Chelsea will try to secure a transfer for Everton midfielder Amadou Onana after missing out on Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo, reports The Times.

Onana missed training earlier this week and is said to be unhappy with his situation at Goodison Park, where Everton are struggling to avoid relegation.

Leeds make £25m bid for McKennie (Di Marzio)

Gianluca Di Marzio has confirmed that Leeds are eager to add another American to their ranks and have made a £25 million ($31m) bid for Juventus' Weston McKennie.

McKennie is familiar with playing alongside Leeds midfielder Tyler Adams, having paired with the USMNT star at the 2022 World Cup, and that combination could prove fruitful in the Premier League.

Newcastle-linked Gordon to return to Everton training

Anthony Gordon's failure to turn up for Everton training may not mean he'll actually leave, as Sky Sports now says he will be back with the Toffees on Thursday.
