IZABEL GOULART showed every day has an upside as Kevin Trapp's fiancée performed a headstand next to a pool in a tiny bikini.

The bottom dollar for the Brazilian model is that exercise keeps her super toned as she posted a revealing clip of her graceful routine.

Izabel, 38, who was one of the Victoria's Secret Angels from 2005-2008, also says regular sex keeps her healthy.

And she looked radiant as she went through her poolside stretch.

Posting the video to her 4.5million Instagram followers, she wrote: "It’s a beautiful day. Focus! Dedication! Motivation!! Let’s !!!"

She's not long back from spending Christmas and the New Year on the Caribbean island of St Barts, where she and Trapp were snapped looking joyously happy.

The Germany and Eintracht Frankfurt keeper, 32, is on an extended break after the World Cup.

That's because the Bundesliga will not resume until January 20.

Meanwhile, for her latest social media, which has drawn nearly 70,000 likes, Izabel turned the other cheek(s) - upside down.

Followers responded to the slow-motion headstand with comments like "The most beautiful body" ... "You are the body"... and "Keep it up in 2023".

But apart from fitness being an international language, Izabel is also tri-lingual - as she speaks Portuguese, English and French.

She modelled for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and Armani Exchange, and appeared on US sitcom Two and a Half Men.

But some of her best lines come from her relationship with ex-PSG stopper Trapp, who she's dated since 2015.

She once said: "Kevin and I make love a lot - four or five times a week.

"But if he has played in an important game and his team loses, I can make myself beautiful, have my nails done and wear my best lingerie - and there still won't be any sex."
