Nottingham Forest star Jesse Lingard was left running for the hills after freeing a bird from his chimney.
Lingard uploaded a short video to his 1.8million TikTok followers on Saturday (December 31) which showed him on his hands and knees in his living room with daughter Hope watching on, writing: "Just had to be me."
He appeared to pull out a white rag from his chimney before scrambling towards his open patio door. As the trapped bird flew back out the way it had come in, Lingard began screaming while running towards the camera.
Fans found his reaction in the clip, which has been viewed over 9million times, hilarious with one writing: "I thought a girl was screaming lol."
A second commented: "Nah the yelling while the women laugh is craaazy." But another sympathised with him as they replied: "Man that would be scary."

Others joked "Lingard out for the season due to a torn hamstring sustained whilst sprinting from a trapped bird" and "at least his hammy looks alright" - before Lingard was ironically ruled out for a month with a hamstring injury.
He missed Forest's 1-1 draw with Chelsea yesterday (January 1), with boss Steve Cooper explaining post-match: "Jesse is out for a month. He has a hamstring injury, so it is as simple as that really."
Lingard congratulated his team-mates on the valuable point, taking to Instagram to write: "Well done boys battled hard second half should of deserved more but we take the point and we go again. Congratulations jefe on the goal, Serge Aurier."
