Journalist Bruno Andrade has claimed that Manchester United are 'overtaking' Liverpool in the race for Enzo Fernandez.
He said on Twitter: "There are already ongoing conversations between all involved."
While he also explained that the Red Devils are even 'willing to beat' the €120m clause to avoid any competition.
Everton 'close' to new contracts for key men
When asked about how close Everton were to agreements in contract talks with Anthony Gordon, Alex Iwobi and Pickford, manager Frank Lampard was able to give fans some exciting news.
He told the press: “Close. That’s the update for you, all good. Hopefully it’s a situation where we want the players to stay and they want to stay here, that’s always been the feeling. We’re very close.”
Newcastle could move for Ziyech (CBS Sports)
According to CBS Sports journalist Ben Jacobs, Newcastle seriously looked at Christian Pulisic in the past but could now turn their attention to his Chelsea teammate, Hakim Ziyech.
He explained that PIF have a strong relationship with the Blues' ownership and while negotiations have not begun, it is one to watch out for in January – especially if Ziyech doesn't play regularly.
Merson claims Wolves wouldn't want Nketiah transfer
With Gabriel Jesus out for the foreseeable future, Eddie Nketiah looks set to lead the line for Arsenal over the coming months as they push for the Premier League title.
However, former player Paul Merson has raised his doubts about the striker, suggesting that goal-shy Wolves wouldn't even want to sign him.
He wrote in the Daily Star: "Without being horrible, what Premier League team does Eddie Nketiah get in? Wolves are bottom for instance, they're desperate for a goal and they wouldn't go and get him."
