Cristiano Ronaldo couldn't stop laughing at the picture
Manchester United's wantaway star Cristiano Ronaldo was left in stitches after he revealed a picture he had drawn of Pepe at the World Cup.
Portugal's team were all asked to draw each other for a social media video as they continued to prepare for their opening World Cup clash. Ex-Real Madrid team-mate Ronaldo and Pepe had been partnered together for the exercise.
Ronaldo couldn't help but laugh as he showed Pepe his creation, who also burst out in laughter. Pepe's effort wasn't much better, with the 37-year-old not looking out of place on a Lego set after he gave Ronaldo a square head.
Ronaldo heads to Qatar under a shroud of controversy - following his bombshell interview with Piers Morgan.
The 37-year-old slammed the Red Devils, taking shots at the state of Carrington to Erik ten Hag. However, Ronaldo is keen not to let his United drama affect the Portuguese squad in what will surely be his final World Cup.
He said: "I don't have to think about what other people think. I speak when I want. The players know me really well for many years and know the type of person I am.
"It's an ambitious group that is hungry and focused. So I'm sure it [the interview] won't shake the changing room's concentration and focus."
Portugal get their World Cup underway on Thursday when they face Ghana at Stadium 974.
