Avril Peon could be on the way to England with her boyfriend Facundo Torres - who has been the subject of transfer interest from Arsenal.

Avril and Torres, who recently celebrated Orlando City's U.S. Open Cup triumph, might well be a Premier League couple in the future thanks to his fine MLS form.

The 22-year-old winger has scored 13 times since leaving Penarol in his native Uruguay - and has a huge fan in his significant other as she shows off on Instagram - alongside bikini snaps.

Avril, who has 30k followers on her page, has shared two photos of her and Torres in recent weeks, one on the pitch celebrating and another on the beach.

The latter of the two brought in 46k likes from adoring fans of the duo, with Torres writing on the previous snap: "I love you. Always together!"

ESPN report that talks are to be held imminently with Arsenal over the future of the forward, with his agent then confirming that talks with the Gunners had begun.

It is added that Torres could provide competition to Bukayo Saka, who is a first-team regular for both his club and England.

Torres, 22, earned a move to Orlando City after scoring 16 goals across 71 games for Penarol, where he picked up a Uruguayan Primera Division title.

At international level, the promising star made his senior debut last year and appeared in all five games at the Copa America as a substitute.

Mikel Arteta's men might well sign Torres as Premier League champions, having sat top of the table since matchday three thanks to 10 wins from their 12 fixtures.

However, the Spaniard said of their recent hectic schedule: "It's been a challenge having to play every three days and trying to load the players equally over the past five or six weeks.

"But we have managed to do it. We have not repeated too many blocks of four games with certain individuals, and we will continue that to try to get everyone as fresh as possible and keep their rhythm."
