Newcastle hero Bruno Guimaraes reveals he hasn't slept for TWO DAYS after birth of first son before epic Tottenham win

NEWCASTLE star Bruno Guimaraes hasn't slept for TWO DAYS after welcoming the birth of his first child and then beating Spurs in the Premier League.
The 24-year-old Brazilian's fiance Ana Lidia Martins gave birth to their first child, Matteo, on Friday night.

Less than 48 hours later, the ex-Lyon man then took to the field for Eddie Howe's side as they beat Spurs 2-1 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
And Guimaraes confirmed after the game he has been left sleep deprived since Matteo's birth.
He told Sky Sports: "They've been amazing days for me, to become a father for the first time. It's been incredible. I've had two days without sleep.
"I would stay home but I love to be here with these guys. They make me happy and proud, and I think we deserved it today.
"It was one of the best days of my life [Matteo's birth]. I'm very happy and proud. It's been like a dream. I don't have words because it's amazing what has happened in my life.
"I say thanks to my family. It's been difficult but it's all worth it."
Guimaraes' Newcastle team-mate Callum Wilson then added: "It was a win for Matteo!"
Guimaraes confirmed his son's birth via Instagram over the weekend.
Alongside a photo of his son and partner Ana, he said: "Welcome to the world son! It is with great joy that I announce the arrival of my first son, without a doubt today is the best day of my life!
"First of all I want to congratulate you my love, you are a warrior you were and you are, after everything you've been through in your life see you do all the strength, go over each contraction and the love you've already shown for our son no there's an explanation!!
"I respect you more every day for the woman you are! Definitely the woman of my life!
"I don't think I've ever had a true sense of a mother and father's love for their child is something unique and today I get to see that, as much as I thought that was possible it didn't even come close to the love I feel for my son!
"I thank my parents for everything they did for me and now I want to be at least 10% of what they were for me for Matteo! Ana, my love, I am already sure that you will be the best mother in the world and thank you very much for making my life's dream of being a father come true!
"I'm proud of you everyday… You are a WARRIOR. I love you more than anything, I'll certainly never forget this day! Thank you my G O D! To the Lord all honor and glory."
Guimaraes has been in fine form so far this season, contributing two goals and two assists in eight Premier League matches.
And the win over Spurs takes Howe's men into the top four as they climb above Chelsea and Manchester United.
