Manchester City star Jack Grealish has scored a huge victory - by getting sheep and cows banned from roaming the grounds of his new £5.6million country mansion.
Grealish splashed the eye-watering sum on the mansion that boasts seven-bedrooms that sits on 20 acres of land. Plus he'll always be able to entertain himself and guests with the fishing lake, tennis court, golf course, and vegetable plot that came with the property.
The huge home also consists of a swimming pool, leisure suite, gym, and a wine store. Family or friends can even stay in the cottage on the grounds, which is separate to the main building.
And the mansion boasts a helipad for Jack if he or girlfriend Sasha Attwood ever want to ditch his Range Rover for an aircraft one day.
However, the 27-year-old's land faced the prospect of being roamed on by some unwelcome visitors, in the form of sheep and cattle. The animals had permission by law to travel through the England international's acres to get to the other side - at any time.

The legal document, revealed by The Mirror, stated: “Together also with full right and liberty for the Purchaser their heirs and assigns and their tenants and servants in common with the Vendor his heirs and assigns and the owners and occupiers for the time being of (name of neighbouring property. And their servants at all times thereafter by day or by night and for all purposes with or without horses carts carriages wagons and other vehicular laden or unladen to go pass and repass and to drive cattle sheep and other animals along over and upon the road or way shown on the said plan.”

But the City star's legal team managed to get the decree removed from the property's lawbook before Grealish completed his move to the Cheshire home. He and Sasha now no longer have to worry about the roaming livestock's presence on their spacious land.
Grealish's new home is a huge step up from the £1.75m six-bedroom detached house he lived in when playing for Aston Villa. And since joining Pep Guardiola's side, he was renting a flat in Manchester that had a 5-a-side football pitch on the roof.
