A viral picture showing what Premier League players would look like with long hair and a full face of make up has led to compliments for Virgil van Dijk, while Harry Maguire also caught the eye

Virgil van Dijk and Darwin Nunez are among those to be complemented for their appearance in viral pictures which shows what they would look like with a full face of makeup and salon-style hair.

A mocked up image that includes Harry Maguire, Cristiano Ronaldo, Erling Haaland, Son Heung-min and Raheem Sterling has also led to praise for Gabriel Jesus.

Using the same app that has removed the hair and aged footballers in the past, the collection of eight images brought in plenty of reaction after being posted on Twitter.

One fan wrote: "Why does Nunez actually look good?"

With a second adding: "Okay Jesus looking cute."

A third writing: "Nunez looks like Wonder Woman."

And a fourth saying: "Van Dijk looks cute."

Having been praised for his mocked up flowing locks, Nunez might even decide to let down his hair in future - despite his manager mocking a similar style on Kostas Tsimikas.

Tsimikas showed off his new top-know style in a clip that was posted on social media, with Jurgen Klopp referring to Nunes after asking if he could cut it off.

"How much money [do] you want [so] that I can cut it off?” Klopp asked.

Another player in the image that also opts to tie up his long hair is Netherlands skipper Van Dijk, who was asked which of his colleagues has the worst haircut last year.
