The deal includes a potential €5m (£4.27m) of add-ons - making him United's second most expensive signing, ahead of the £80m paid for defender Harry Maguire.
Antony, 22, scored 24 goals and provided 22 assists in 82 appearances for Ajax and got off to a bright star for Manchester United as well.
United faced off with Arsenal at Old Trafford last Sunday and came away with a 3-1 win.
Antony made his debut for Man United on Sunday and scored his first goal for the club.
Now, Antony has been speaking about life in the Premier League.
When discussing his adaption to the Premier League, he said: "I am adapting and getting used to things here already. Entertaining is something I've always liked and I'll continue doing it."
On his skills, Antony added: "I've always done this — Not just here but for all the teams I've played for. I've been doing it ever since I was a child. I've always done it - it's one of my characteristics.
"I'm sure that we have a strong attack and it's very promising for the future."
Antony is expected to become a key player on United's right-wing, with Erik ten Hag now aiming to use Marcus Rashford as a central striker which, in turn, would leave Jadon Sancho to fill in on the left.
