BRENDAN RODGERS says Leicester’s on-field scuffles show they’re up for the fight.

Earlier Danny Ward and Wilfred Ndidi were embroiled in a furious verbal spat as the Welsh stopper nearly gifted Danny Welbeck a goal in just one of the Foxes' many defensive cock ups.
The 5-2 pasting means woeful Leicester are now winless in their first five Prem games and remain rock bottom in the table.
When asked if the group are together, Leicester boss Rodgers, 49, replied: “Absolutely. I’m happy when that happens.
“You’ve got to tell each other. You can’t hide behind a rock and pretend it’s not happening. The group is very much together.
“That’s the beauty of it. Their spirit is there, they’re a great bunch of guys, talented.
“At the minute collectively they’re not quite showing that talent. There’s no doubt about their togetherness. They’re telling eachother things on the pitch.
"We are going to continue working hard. It's a big challenge but a great challenge. It was a tough summer for us but all you can do is stay focused to get the players' confidence back up."
The pressure is ramping up on Rodgers with chants of ‘you’re getting sacked in the morning’ ringing around the Amex.
There were also banners with the words ‘Rodgers out’ spattered in the away end - but the Northern Irishman has vowed to keep fighting.
When asked if he feels he still has the backing of the club’s ownership, Rodgers replied: “I’ve never asked for it.
“In all my time here I've never wanted it. I will continue to do my work and come in everyday and study and do as much as I possibly can.
“I never turn work down. I always come in early and I will continue to do that. You have to embrace the challenge.
"It's a difficult moment for the supporters and all I encourage is when we're 1-0 behind or it's 0-0 keep pushing the players and supporting them.
“It's so important for the players otherwise the anxiety comes in."
