According to Mundo Deportivo, Thomas Meunier has reached a verbal agreement with Barcelona and he is waiting for Borussia Dortmund to let him go.

Meunier currently needs to wait for Dortmund and Barcelona to discuss the transfer fee, after which he will complete his medical examination. According to previous news, the Bundesliga club's asking price for the fullback is as high as 15 million euros to 20 million euros.
