Boehly, 48, has taken a hands on role in Chelsea's summer window - getting deals over the line for Raheem Sterling, Kalidou Koulibaly, Marc Cucurella and a host of promising youngsters.

But one supporter in question isn't happy with the Blues' pursuit of Everton ace Anthony Gordon.

Chelsea have been linked with an eye-watering £60million swoop for Gordon - with the 21-year-old reportedly eager to join.

Not all Blues fans are so keen, however, with one making his feelings perfectly clear to Boehly.

He harshly shouted down to him: "Todd! Don't buy Gordon - he's s***!"

The Chelsea owner didn't appear to look up or react.

While the ten-man Blues edged past Leicester, Gordon scored in Everton's 1-1 draw at nearby Brentford.

Ahead of the match, Toffees boss Frank Lampard suggested that the winger is worth more than £100m.

He told Sky Sports: "He is our player and remains so, he is in the squad for tomorrow.

"He is a huge player for us, I said it last week, not only is he of great value to the club financially, but more importantly of great value to the squad and to me.

"They haven’t bid £60m so let’s not talk about a number that’s not there.

"I can’t put a number on his value to the club. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with fantastic young players at Derby and Chelsea, seen them develop and become England internationals and Champions League winners, worth triple figures (£100m+) in terms of their personal values.

"Anthony is in that bracket, he’s been a pleasure to work with and he’s ours. He’s an Everton boy, he plays for us and the crowd relate to him.

"It’s understandable that people would be interested in him because of the level of player that he is. The facts remain the same."

Gordon believes that playing in the Champions League could help his England chances ahead of the World Cup - but Everton are determined to keep hold of him for at least another year.

Chelsea, meanwhile are set to announce the signing of Wesley Fofana in a deal worth £70m plus hefty add-ons.

The Frenchman will pen a six-year contract at Stamford Bridge.
