Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol told the programme that Chelsea would only consider Maguire if they failed to sign Fofana, but United view the player as not for sale.
Kaveh Solhekol spoke about rumours of Maguire moving to Chelsea, saying: "I think Chelsea would be interested in signing him, but the word from Manchester United is that the player is not for sale."
"You can make a good case for the move, Maguire needs a fresh start and 12 months ago he was part of the England squad for Euro 2020 and he might get some bad press but let's not forget what a good player he was."
"I think Chelsea would only look at Maguire if they failed to get Fofana, who everyone knows was not involved at the weekend and was not in a good mood, and Rodgers called it a dream move for the player - but Leicester want £80m."
"Chelsea offered £60m and I don't think they will go up to £80m, they will only pay what they value the player."
