The future of Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo is still in doubt and Chelsea could rekindle their interest in him.
Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave Manchester United this summer, but he has not yet found a solution to his problem. Cristiano Ronaldo faces the problem of his high salary and the transfer fee that Manchester United want.
Previously, the Blues were interested in Cristiano Ronaldo and now they turn to the Portuguese star again. Currently, Chelsea have only one winger in their lineup, Armando Broja, but he is not that important to Tuchel, so Chelsea are considering new signings.
However, Chelsea don't want to pay the transfer fee. Manchester United will not let Cristiano Ronaldo go for free, and the player himself doesn't want to lose his salary in Manchester United this season.
On the other hand, Manchester United want to sign Milinkovic recently, so they need to free up salary space, and Cristiano Ronaldo's departure can help them do that. Chelsea may restart the deal, but at the moment they have no contact with either Manchester United or Cristiano Ronaldo.
