England are taking on Germany in the Euro 2022 final with the women handed the chance to go one further than the men last year and win the tournament at Wembley
Gareth Southgate will no doubt be watching on as the England Women take on Germany in the European Championship final at Wembley.
But he might have been left a bit down in the dumps after cameras panned to one fan's banner, indicating that they wished that Sarina Wiegman would replace the waistcoast-wearer in the men's dugout. However, it is no surprise with the Dutchwomen boasting an astonishing record as England manager.
Since taking over from Phil Neville in September 2021, the Lionesses have played 19 times - winning 17 and drawing two - not losing a single match. That gives them a win percentage of nearly 90 per cent.
However, going into the 20th match of her reign, there is no doubt that this one is the biggest as England prepare to take on Germany in the Euro 2022 final at Wembley. A win would be the first time that this country, men or women, have won the tournament.
Southgate might be frowning at the sight of the banner, which read: "Sarina Wiegman, the Dutch Magician. Fancy the FIFA 2022 World Cup?" But it might not be that rare an opinion should the Lionesses prove victorious this afternoon.

Since reaching the final of Euro 2020 last summer, the men's team have failed to impress ahead of the World Cup this winter in Qatar. The last time they played, Hungary dealt them a shock defeat at the Molineux in a 4-0 defeat.
One England fan had quite the idea ahead of the upcoming World Cup this winter
Sarina Wiegman has become a hero in England
It has raised questions over whether Southgate is the right man to take the Three Lions to the Middle East at the end of the year while further tests against Italy and Germany might give fans a better idea. There have already been a number of names linked to the post over taking over should the current coach walk.
Mauricio Pochettino is free after being sacked by Paris Saint-Germain while Graham Potter and Steve Cooper have their admirers. However, could Wiegman be a shock contender? Considering the incredible impact she has had with the women's team, who knows.
