Juventus are considering bringing in Aymeric Laporte as a replacement for Matthijs de Ligt, with Manchester City stating that the price for Laporte is at least €40 million.
Reports say that Juve are talking to Bayern Munich about De Ligt while looking for De Ligt's replacement. In addition to Pau Torres, Gabriel and Kimpembe, Juve are also looking at Manchester City center back Laporte.
Pep Guardiola has agreed to sell Laporte at the beginning of this summer, and City have been looking to bring in Pau Torres, possibly in preparation for Laporte's possible departure.
In terms of player characteristics, in addition to replacing De Ligt, Laporte, as a left-footed center back, could also be a good replacement for Chiellini.
Juve director had requested information about Laporte from Manchester City during his visit to England in early June and learned that City's asking price for Laporte is at least 40 million euros.
