7M Exclusive - Chelsea are prepared to offer €80m for Matthijs de Ligt

It is said that Chelsea are ready to offer Juventus 80 million euros for Matthijs de Ligt and 11 million euros a year for the player.

According to Schilla, Juve are still bidding between €90 million and €100 million for Matthijs de Ligt, while Chelsea are prepared to make an offer of €75 million and €80 million for Matthijs de Ligt in the next few days, with an annual salary of €11 million and a contract until 2027.
