Richarlison signs with new agency after 'internal discussions' at Man Utd over move

Everton star Richarlison has signed with a new agency as it emerged Manchester United have held "internal discussions" over moving for the Brazilian.

The Red Devils are reportedly preparing for a summer overhaul, with midfielder Nemanja Matic already announcing his departure at the end of the season. But midfield isn't the only area the Old Trafford hierarchy will look to revamp.

United's attacking options have struggled to fire in the goals on a consistent basis this season, with only Cristiano Ronaldo breaking into double figures in the scoring charts across all competitions. As Ajax boss Erik ten Hag edges closer to being confirmed as the new manager, the forward line is one of the areas that has already been discussed.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano revealed on Twitter that Manchester United have discussed Richarlison internally, as well as other options including Benfica's Darwin Nunez. It comes as the Everton forward and his agency Velasco Sport Group have now signed with CAA Base.

In the tweet, Fabrizio Romano said: "Everton striker Richarlison and his Velasco Sport Group have now officially signed with CAA Base agency. Been told Manchester United have discussed Richarlison internally, alongside Darwin Nunez and other options. Of course no talks now - he's totally focused on Everton.

The Brazilian has struggled to reach the standard he has previously set in the Premier League this season, netting just seven goals across all competitions. The Toffees themselves have endured a below-par campaign, with Frank Lampard now at the helm and the side sitting in 17th place.
