Perhaps not many people know it, but NFL legend Tom Brady is an avowed soccer fan and it showed this Saturday when he attended the Premier League game between Manchester United and Tottenham at Old Trafford.

Brady is currently enjoying retirement, having ended his unparalleled 22-season NFL career, and is taking advantage of his free time by enjoying moments that years ago were not so easy for him to be at, such as watching a Red Devils-Spurs game.

The flirt between Brady and Kane

Many would think Brady came to Old Trafford to support Harry Kane, the England striker who more than a month ago heaped praise on the seven-time Super Bowl winner when he announced his retirement.

"Congratulations on an incredible career Tom Brady. Your drive, passion and commitment is inspiring. You're the main reason I started following the sport and love the NFL. Thank you!" wrote Kane on Twitter.

The GOAT's response was not long in coming and defined the Tottenham player as "one of the many amazing young stars in this world."

Brady's heart, with Man United and Ronaldo

However, Brady did not hesitate to show his support for the Red Devils from the stands and on social media, where he accepted that he would celebrate if Kane scored, but his heart is red.

"Here we go! Cristiano vs Kane. I might fist pump if you score Harry but I'm riding with ManUnited today," the former Patriots and Buccaneers player wrote.

As if he had predicted what would happen on the pitch, Brady witnessed a Kane goal, but also Cristiano Ronaldo's hat-trick as Manchester United defeated Tottenham 3-2.

Brady celebrated Ronaldo's performance with a video in which the Portuguese striker appears laughing and saying his now traditional phrase "siuuu".

As expected, the meeting between GOAT's could not be missed and at the end of the match Brady and Ronaldo met on the Old Trafford pitch, exchanging views between legends.
