Atletico Madrid rules out Joao Felix sale

Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo is determined to keep hold of Joao Felix.
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola had wanted Felix to join him in England before Atletico managed to sign him from Benfica, and Barcelona have also shown an interest in the No.7 in the past.
But there's no chance of the forward leaving the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano, neither this January nor in the summer, says Marca.
Atletico are clear in their stance on Felix. He was signed in 2019 for a huge fee, making him their most-expensive signing of all time, and their belief in the player hasn't changed in his two years at the club. Coach Diego Simeone knows his worth and his talent, and the club aren't willing to contemplate his departure.
Even when doubt has arisen about the 22-year-old's consistency, or when the player has grown frustrated with his lack of prominence in the team, Simeone and the club have always believed that he is an untouchable member of their squad.
