Goalkeeper Runar Alex Runarsson was taken off the pitch and taken to hospital, after a clash with a Club Brugge striker left him with a nasty gash to his head.
Runarsson didn't exactly set the world alight last season, after joining Arsenal in summer 2020, and played just six games all season, with only one coming in the Premier League.
His most famous moment with the gloves came in a Carabao Cup game against Manchester City, where he managed to drop a free kick into the goal, and led to him deleting his Twitter account due to abuse.
The Iceland keeper went on loan this summer, with the Gunners signing Aaron Ramsdale, and joined OH Leuven in Belgium until the end of the season.

On Wednesday night the 26-year-old had to be rushed to hospital after running out to save a ball at the feet of Brugge forward Noa Lang. The collision left him with a gash on his head.
The keeper initially had his head bandaged up, after staying down for a couple of minutes, and continued until half time but was soon taken off.
He didn't remerge for the second half and instead was taken to hospital to get patched up, taking to social media to show off the gash.
With their keeper being looked at by medical professionals, Leuven ended up losing 4-1, leaving them just three points above the relegation play-off.

The Gunners aren't exactly struggling in goal without the Icelandic keeper, with Ramsdale quickly advancing from back up keeper to number one, taking over from Bernd Leno.
Ramsdale has made some stunning saves already this campaign, including one against Leicester City that seemed to defy all logic.
The former Sheffield United keeper ended up breaking it down with childhood hero Ben Foster following the Gunners game against Watford.
Mikel Arteta's problems with players lie further up the pitch...
