A Lionel Messi lookalike from Brazil stars in a new campaign from KFC, which has gone viral.
Alexandro Pereira first went viral in June when Messi announced he was leaving Barcelona and KFC tweeted a photo of Pereira 'working' at a KFC and welcoming him aboard.
Now, to launch their new product 'La Chingona', they have used Pereira again but this time in a video advert, taking him beyond simply a meme.
The idea of the advert is that 'La Chingona' isn't really a quesadilla in the traditional sense, but sometimes just resembling something is enough.
In the promotional video, Messi lookalike Pereira can be seen donning a KFC shirt like a football jersey and kissing the company logo. The new 'Chingona' will be available in KFC restaurants in Spain for the next month.
