Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is sweating on a number of his players ahead of the Premier League's return against Arsenal.
Liverpool could potentially be without nine injured stars for this weekend's Premier League clash with Arsenal - although Jurgen Klopp will be hoping for any late fitness boosts between now and Saturday. The German has always made no secret of the fact he dreads international breaks, particularly mindful that his players do not always return to Merseyside unscathed.
This time around, the break appears to have had quite a damaging impact on the Liverpool ranks, who were already combating a number of injury problems.
Andy Robertson is the latest star to pick up a problem and he is set for a scan on a hamstring issue after helping Scotland to a 2-0 win over Denmark.
Divock Origi, who started for Belgium against Wales, hobbled off in his nation's final World Cup qualifier. The extend of the damage is not yet known.
Roberto Firmino is still some way from returning after he picked up a hamstring injury in the 2-0 Champions League win over Atletico Madrid.

Naby Keita is also suffering from the same injury that he picked up in the 2-2 draw against Brighton.
James Milner is back in individual training but is not quite ready to return yet following his hamstring strain that was picked up in the 5-0 win at Manchester United.
Jordan Henderson was out on the grass with his team-mate yesterday after he was forced to withdraw from the England squad with a minor issue.
Joe Gomez has also been nursing a calf problem that kept him out of the 3-2 defeat to West Ham.
Curtis Jones also missed that match after picking up a freak eye injury in training.
Liverpool have already confirmed that the young midfielder is not yet ready to return to action after missing the chance to join up with the England under-21s.
Harvey Elliott is now back running after suffering a horror ankle injury in the 3-0 win at Leeds back in September.
The attacker is on course to return sooner than expected but he still has a way to go before he's ready to join up with his team-mates at Kirkby.

There was one key element of good news though for Klopp when forward Sadio Mane was concerned.
The jet-heeled winger was forced off in Senegal's World Cup qualifier against Togo after taking a blow to the ribs.
However, Mane has since returned to Merseyside and to training with the Reds, after scans showed no sign of damage.
Out of courtesy, Egypt decided to bench Mohamed Salah for their final World Cup qualifier against Gabon after already securing top spot in their group, meaning he will be fresh to face Arsenal.
