Pjanic fires parting message to Koeman... Before deleting it

Miralem Pjanic hit out at at Ronald Koeman after it was announced that Barcelona had sacked the coach, but after posting on social media the midfielder soon retracted the message.

Pjanic endured a miserable spell at the Camp Nou under the Dutch coach, and found minutes extremely difficult to come by before leaving for Besiktas over the summer.

The 31-year-old made his feelings clear about Koeman's dismissal on social media, as he liked a post about his sacking before posting an Instagram story with an interesting caption.

"Know when to let that sh*t go," read the caption.

Pjanic later deleted the story, but the message was clear that he has lost little of the hostility he has previously expressed about his former coach.

"He [Koeman] had an attitude with me that nobody understood," Pjanic told Tuttosport in September.

"Not even [Lionel] Messi, who often asked me if something had happened. I could not stay at Barcelona with [Ronald] Koeman, I would have lost a year and I wanted to play."
