The London clubs are two of a ‘host of clubs’ monitoring the progress of the 21-year-old, says football news website TEAMtalk.

Green was born in Colchester, Essex, but moved with his family to France when he was four-years-old.
The keeper played for France at youth level but switched allegiance to England and made his first appearance for the Three Lions’ Under-21s in a 1-0 win over Andorra last week.
He has even been on the radar of Gareth Southgate's senior side after a series of impressive displays in Ligue 1 this season.
And that form has now attracted the attention of a number of club on this side of the Channel too.
Spurs and West Ham are reported to be leading the chase for the young stopper's signature.
Green signed a three-year contract extension at Ligue 1 Saint-Etienne in August just before his deal was due to expire.
He made his first start for Les Verts in April in a league match against Nimes and saved a penalty in a win for his side.
And such is the impression Green has made, he will almost certainly not come cheap
But that may not put his suitors off when the transfer window opens in January.
