Cristiano Ronaldo took a break from Manchester United training to apparently visit some local shops on Thursday, with the Portugal superstar spotted walking out of fast-food shop Subway in Hulme
Cristiano Ronaldo was spotted strolling out of a Subway in Hulme during a break from Manchester United training on Thursday afternoon.
The Portugal captain, who sealed a sensational return to Old Trafford over the summer, could be seen leaving the fast-food restaurant on Stretford Road.
A clip of his appearance in the Manchester suburb was posted by a fan on social media, with one passer-by appearing to shout his name as he walks towards a black car waiting for him outside.

It is unclear which shop CR7 was there to visit, although the idea of him tucking into fast good is hard to imagine.
At the age of 36 Ronaldo is still very much at the top of his game, a result of the strict dietary requirements and relentless training regime he has abided by over the past 15 years.

He remains in superb physical condition just five months before his 37th birthday, meaning his goalscoring output is yet to dip.
The returning United hero has hit the ground running in his second spell, scoring twice on his debut win against Newcastle before converting in their Champions League defeat against Young Boys.

He also levelled proceedings in their 2-1 victory away at West Ham last Sunday.
Ronaldo was left out of their Carabao Cup fixture against the Hammers on Wednesday night, which ended in a 1-0 defeat at Old Trafford.
But Solskjaer hinted after the game that he wanted to be involved, saying: "We decided more or less before Sunday [to make changes].
He's already scored four goals in three appearances
"We need more players to get match fit. Alex Telles is back and has been training for a week. It will be a long season.
"Cristiano has come in and made a difference already, he wants to play as much as possible but I don't think it is possible.
"If you are going to be successful at the end, you need the whole squad and minutes to be shared out."
