Operation exit begins at Real Madrid: Ramos to sign a two-year deal with Paris Saint-Germain

The former captain will be confirmed as a PSG player this week

There is no turning back. Sergio Ramos and Real Madrid have officially parted ways and the former captain is set to have his signing confirmed by Paris Saint-Germain.

In undoubtedly one of the summer's biggest moves, Ramos will put pen to paper on a two-year deal to move to the Parc des Princes and reinforce an already strong PSG side.

Ramos could even land in Paris at some time on Tuesday to undergo his medical and, if all goes well, he will be confirmed by the club on Wednesday.

The Spaniard's arrival is further evidence of PSG continuing their plan to become Europe's most feared team, and Achraf Hakimi's signing could be confirmed by the club as early as Tuesday and ahead of Ramos'.

While PSG can't stop making big moves, Real Madrid's priority is rather the opposite. While awaiting updates on the Kylian Mbappe situation, the players have already started working under Carlo Ancelotti.

Raphael Varane's future is up in the air but the club are in no rush to sell him, and won't be bullied into letting him leave. Manchester United have offered around 45 million euros, but Los Blandos have asked for 60 million euros and only if he explicitly asks to leave, which he hasn't yet.

Isco looks closer to leaving that the Frenchman. La Gazzetta dello Sport reported that AC Milan are interested in signing the midfielder as they seek reinforcements ahead of their Champions League return, and Los Blancos value him at around 20 million euros.
