AC Milan could have €100m to spend this summer market.
Gazzetta dello Spor says a lack of January spending will be allowed to roll into their offseason transfer budget.
They will also increase their transfer budget thanks to the Champions League qualification and by selling some of their players and saving money from their wages.
A €100m budget would allow the Rossoneri to sign Fikayo Tomori on a permanent deal from Chelsea. His permanent option is set at €28m.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Mario Mandzukic will extend their stays at the club. The latter has an option to renew his contract automatically if Milan qualify for the Champions League.
However, the Diavoli are also planning to sign a new striker with Fiorentina's Dusan Vlahovic on top of their shortlist.
