Braga star David Carmo suffered a nasty injury to his ankle during the Taca de Portugal semi-final first-leg between the two sides.
Luis Diaz was sent off for the horrific lunge, though more focus was on Carmo’s injury with players gesturing for help.
An ambulance was called onto the pitch to take defender Carmo away for treatment after a lengthy delay.
Though as the vehicle attempted to drive away, it broke down with the players needed to push it off.
Both Porto and Braga stars pushed the vehicle from behind, though deep tyre marks were left on the pitch.

The tie finished 1-1 with Braga equalising in the 12th and final minute of time added on with the second leg to be played on March 3.
Carmo had been linked with a move to the Premier League with Manchester United and Liverpool reportedly keen.
He has been dubbed the ‘next Virgil van Dijk’ and previously said: “I am very happy and I feel at home. I feel that SC Braga believes in me and that people value my work.

"What I try to do is help the club as much as possible and that is what I will try to do in the next five years.”
Carmo joined Braga’s academy in 2015 and rose through the ranks to first team level, signing a contract extension in November.
