Suker unsure of Modric Real Madrid plans

Real Madrid great Davor Suker is unsure if Luka Modric will be offered a new contract.
Modric's contract ends in 2021 and Real Madrid have yet to reach an agreement with their midfielder over a potential renewal. Asked about his compatriot's future, Suker was not certain if he will continue at Los Blancos.
"I don't know if Modric is going to continue at Real Madrid," declared Suker. "What I hope is that he gets to the [2020] European Championship in good shape and that he stands up to England at Wembley.
"I hope he will have a great tournament and we'll make it as far as possible."
