Alvaro Morata is nearing a return to Juventus on a season-long loan deal, which will include an option to buy, and he will be presented by the Bianconeri on Wednesday.
After Atletico Madrid agreed to Morata's wish to depart and subsequently sped up negotiations to sign Barcelona striker Luis Suarez as his replacement, things have not stopped happening.
Thus, while Uruguayan reached an agreement with Barcelona to rescind the final year of his contract, the Spaniard packed his bags for Turin on Monday afternoon and wasn't present for Atletico's training session.
On Tuesday morning, Morata will undergo his medical examination at Juventus, where he will reunite with, among many others, Andrea Pirlo.
The Italian was appointed as the Bianconeri's new head coach this summer, but he was previously a team-mate and great supporter of Morata during the striker's time in Turin.
In the coming hours, Juventus' 10 million euro loan fee for Morata will become official.
Then, on Wednesday, the 27-year-old will once again be presented as a new signing by the Italian giants.
Suarez, meanwhile, is not expected much later in Madrid because, although the deal has not yet been officially closed, Atletico hope to announce his arrival on a two-year deal imminently.
