Liverpool make offer for Barcelona attacker Ousmane Dembele

Liverpool are persisting over talks with Barcelona attacker Ousmane Dembele.
Dembele has been the subject of loan interest from Liverpool.
Football Insider reports the Reds have already tabled an offer to the La Liga club in an effort to bring the France international to Anfield.
The report states that Liverpool see Dembele as an alternative signing to RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner, who looks set to sign for Premier League rivals Chelsea.
It has also been claimed by the report that Jurgen Klopp sees Dembele as “more of a natural talent" than Werner.
