Hull boss Grant McCann hopes for triple injury boost

Hull boss Grant McCann could be boosted by the return of up to three players from injury for the home game against Charlton.
McCann, whose injury list has included 10 first-team players in recent weeks, remained tight-lipped as to which players were hoping to be in contention.
Defender Jordy De Wijs (calf) and midfielder Jon Toral (hamstring) are among them, while forward Keane Lewis-Potter (hamstring) stepped off the bench in last week’s 5-1 defeat at Stoke.
Reece Burke (calf), Eric Lichaj, Herbie Kane, Tom Eaves, James Scott (all ankle), Josh Bowler (heel) and Angus MacDonald are all working their way back from injury and illness.
Charlton centre-half Tom Lockyer is available after serving a two-game ban and is expected to go straight back into the starting line-up.
Fellow defender Naby Sarr has returned to training this week and is hoping to prove his fitness following a calf injury.
Midfielder Sam Field and defender Lewis Page remain long-term absentees, while Darren Pratley returned in last week’s home defeat to Middlesbrough after a back injury.
Charlton, third from bottom, have lost five of their last seven league games.
