Wolves fans cause trouble in the centre of Barcelona

Wolves fans were caught causing trouble in the centre of Barcelona on Wednesday night ahead of their Europa League second leg with Espanyol.

The supporters provoked incidents during the early hours of Thursday morning, with various police officers trying to disperse them in Placa Reial.

The group responded to the Guardia Urbana by lighting flares and throwing objects.

There are expected to be around 2,600 travelling Wolves fans at the RCDE Stadium on Thursday evening for their Europa League clash with Espanyol.
