Parker has strong squad to select from as Fulham press on with Preston clash

Fulham boss Scott Parker has a strong squad to choose from as he looks to maintain the Cottagers’ Championship promotion challenge against Preston.
Parker has no new injury issues and has the likes of Stefan Johansen, Josh Onomah, Kevin McDonald, Steven Sessegnon and Aboubakar Kamara all vying for recalls should he wish to make any changes to his team.
However, Alfie Mawson (unspecified), Maxime Le Marchand (back) and Harrison Reed (calf) are expected to miss out once again.
The Cottagers remain clinging to the coattails of second-placed Leeds following Wednesday’s late 1-0 home win against Swansea, positioned five points behind Marcelo Bielsa’s side.
Sixth-placed Preston have promotion aspirations of their own and will check on the fitness of Josh Harrop before travelling to Craven Cottage.
The midfielder missed the midweek defeat at West Brom with a hamstring problem and he will be assessed.
Darnell Fisher was sent off against the Baggies but Preston have lodged an appeal over the red card and boss Alex Neil is hopeful of getting it overturned so that the defender can play on Saturday.
Forward Billy Bodin is closing in on a return having been out since January with an Achilles injury.
