Sheffield Wednesday defender Morgan Fox is hoping to return to action in the home game against Reading.
Fox has missed the last three games due to an ankle injury, but boss Garry Monk has confirmed the left-back could be back in contention.
Midfielder Massimo Luongo (calf) will not be involved this weekend after missing the last five matches, but Monk has no new injury problems.
Defender Moses Odubajo (hamstring) and midfielder Adam Reach (toe) missed the midweek defeat at Luton and will be assessed.
Reading boss Mark Bowen has no major new injuries to contend with following his side’s midweek home defeat to West Brom.
Defender Chris Gunter missed out due to a groin injury sustained last weekend and will be assessed.
Right-back Andy Yiadom (knee) returned to action on Wednesday night after a two-month injury lay-off and will be monitored after playing the full 90 minutes.
Centre-half Matt Miazga (ankle), Lucas Joao (hamstring) and fellow forward Lucas Boye (hernia) are still out.
