Portsmouth wait on Andy Cannon ahead of Shrewsbury test

Portsmouth midfielder Andy Cannon is hoping to return for the visit of Shrewsbury in Sky Bet League One.
The 23-year-old has missed Pompey’s last two games with a glute problem and will be assessed ahead of Saturday’s game.
Fellow midfielder Bryn Morris remains manager Kenny Jackett’s only other major absentee but he is now back in training.
Morris, who has only made eight appearances since joining the club last year, has not played this season due to an abdominal injury.
Shrewsbury fear they could be without captain Ollie Norburn for the remainder of the season.
Norburn suffered a knee injury in the home FA Cup clash with Liverpool last month and the problem has proved worse than first thought.
Forward Shaun Whalley and midfielder Brad Walker are also sidelined with hamstring injuries.
New signing Josh Vela is still to make his debut as his recovery from a muscle injury is carefully managed and he is unlikely to feature this weekend.
