Bob McHugh marked his 100th appearance for Morton with a goal from the penalty spot in a 2-2 home draw with Queen of the South in the Ladbrokes Championship.
Deimantas Petravicius opened the scoring for Queen of the South with a debut goal after 18 minutes as he fired a long-range shot into the bottom right corner.
McHugh grabbed the equaliser on the hour when he converted a penalty but then saw a second spot-kick saved by Ross Stewart seven minutes later.
Jack Hamilton put the visitors ahead once more with 17 minutes to go but Aidan Nesbitt levelled the scores shortly after from Nicky Cadden’s cross to the back post.
The draw leaves Morton seventh in the table, two points and one place above Queen of the South.
