Salford could give debuts to a host of new signings for the visit of Crawley.
Former Manchester United and Everton midfielder Darron Gibson joined on a short-term deal this week, and he could be joined in the squad by fellow new arrivals Ashley Eastham and striker James Wilson after they completed deadline-day moves last week.
Defender Nathan Pond missed last weekend’s match with a knock and will be assessed again.
Midfielder Lois Maynard has left the club to join Vanarama National League side Stockport.
Crawley defender Josh Doherty begins a two-match suspension after reaching double figures for yellow cards this season.
New signing Manny Adebowale will hope to be included in the squad after the defender arrived on a two-and-a-half-year deal from Eastbourne Borough on deadline day.
Joe McNerney remains a doubt after missing the last six matches with a knock.
Fellow defender Lewis Young has been out since the end of December with a shoulder problem.
