Blackburn midfielder Lewis Holtby ruled out of Fulham clash by knee injury

Lewis Holtby has been added to Blackburn’s growing injury list ahead of Saturday’s home match in the Sky Bet Championship with Fulham.
The former Tottenham midfielder suffered a knee injury in the 1-1 draw at Middlesbrough last weekend, which has now been confirmed as a lateral collateral ligament injury.
He joins Bradley Dack (knee) and Corry Evans (fractured skull) on the sidelines and there is an expectation the German will not feature again this season.
Joe Rothwell (hamstring) is also absent and not set to feature in February but Charlie Mulgrew is back in training.
Fulham are boosted by the return of Tim Ream, who served a one-match suspension last weekend for his red card at Manchester City.
Terence Kongolo will also be back in the squad after he was ineligible to face parent club Huddersfield on Saturday.
Alfie Mawson (knee), Maxime Le Marchand (back) and Harrison Reed (calf) remain absent for Scott Parker.
The Cottagers boss could have Anthony Knockaert available. He has joined the group for training again this week after a hamstring injury.
