Finney set to be fit for high-flying Crewe’s clash with Oldham

Oli Finney is expected to be fit when promotion-chasing Crewe host Oldham.
The 22-year-old tweaked his groin after scoring the winning goal at Walsall last weekend – a victory which lifted the Railwaymen into second in the table.
He should retain his place in the team but fellow midfielder Tom Lowery, who missed out at the Banks’s Stadium, will be absent once more after having an injection to help ease a pelvic problem.
Nicky Hunt (hip) could return to the squad while Chris Porter and Olly Lancashire (Achilles) are both also nearing returns but require “more minutes under their belt” according to Crewe boss David Artell.
Oldham look likely to be without Zak Dearnley on Saturday.
The forward had to be withdrawn through injury after just half an hour of the win against Bradford, having opened the scoring in the game.
Chris McCann and Johan Branger-Engone are both fit again but Gary Woods, Jamie Stott and Emmanuel Dieseruvwe may not yet be ready to return.
The Latics arrive at Gresty Road buoyed by back-to-back victories and looking to extend their six-match unbeaten run.
