Chelsea look to appease Lampard with mammoth £150m summer transfer kitty

Chelsea will look to appease manager Frank Lampard by handing him a summer transfer kitty of £150million.
Lampard was disappointed the club were unable to sign any players during the January transfer window.
He thinks the lack of arrivals will impact Chelsea's chances of finishing in the top-four.
But the Blues hierarchy wants to ensure Lampard will have a significant amount of cash to boost his squad in the summer, per the London Evening Standard.
Lampard wants a striker in particular, with Lyon forward Moussa Dembele his top target.
Another option is RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner, who admitted this week that he would enjoy a move to England.
