Fyfield nets Boreham Wood winner at AFC Fylde

Boreham Wood moved up to fifth in the Vanarama National League with a 2-1 win at struggling AFC Fylde.
The visitors took the lead with 19 minutes gone when a hopeful ball over the top broke to Kabongo Tshimanga and he slotted under Sam Hornby.
Ryan Croasdale thought he had netted the equaliser just before the half hour but it was disallowed for a foul on Boreham Wood goalkeeper Nathan Ashmore in the build-up.
But shortly afterwards Jordan Williams got Fylde back on level terms when he scored from a corner.
The Wood were back in front with 17 minutes remaining as Jamal Fyfield slotted in from close range at a corner.
That was enough to claim three points with the defeat leaving Fylde in the bottom three.
