Jack inflicts Payne on Woking

Jack Payne scored one and set up another as Eastleigh won 2-0 at home to Woking.
Payne opened the scoring with his first goal of the season after 11 minutes before setting up Tyrone Barnett to head home the second eight minutes later.
Defeat dealt a blow to Woking’s play-off hopes, while Eastleigh moved six points clear of the relegation zone and are now only seven points off the top seven themselves.
Payne put the hosts in front as he arrived at the back post to fire an effort across goal and into the net.
His delivery then gave Barnett the opportunity to make it two.
Woking had chances to get back into the match, with Josh Casey almost scoring direct from a corner only for Udoka Godwin-Malife to head off the line.
In the second half Jamar Loza broke clear but, one-on-one with the goalkeeper, could only shoot wide as Eastleigh held on for the win.
