Bielsa will be without the suspended Kalvin Phillips, with Barry Douglas also ruled out with a side injury.
Defender Gaetano Berardi has recovered from injury having been sidelined since the FA Cup defeat at Arsenal on January 6.
Wigan manager Paul Cook is likely to be without defender Antonee Robinson, who has travelled to Italy to undergo a medical ahead of a move to AC Milan.
Kieran Dowell is also unavailable as he faces four weeks on the sidelines after picking up an injury during Tuesday’s defeat of Sheffield Wednesday.
Dujon Sterling is set to miss out after struggling with both illness and injury.
Defender Tom Pearce could make his league debut after playing his first match for the club in the FA Cup earlier this month.
