Healey holds his nerve to give MK Dons a welcome win

Rhys Healey scored a last-minute penalty as MK Dons came from behind to beat Rochdale 2-1 at Stadium MK.
Dale veteran Ian Henderson had opened the scoring for the visitors with his third goal in as many games but second-half strikes from Carlton Morris and Healey earned Russell Martin’s men a much-needed win in their fight for Sky Bet League One survival.
The visitors took a 16th-minute lead when Rhys Norrington-Davies’ inviting corner from the right was flicked on at the front post by Eoghan O’Connell, before Henderson tapped home from close range for his 14th of the season.
MK levelled moments after the half-time break when Morris headed home from a Jordan Houghton corner – the attacking midfielder’s second goal for the Dons during an impressive loan spell from Rotherham.
Martin’s men were awarded a penalty at the end when Matty Done brought Healey down inside the box – and the former Cardiff player stepped up to slot the spot-kick home himself and earn the hosts a first league win in three games.
