Bromley’s National League promotion challenge suffered another setback after they were beaten 2-1 at home by improving Barnet.
Josh Walker poked Barnet in front in the 26th minute after a fumble by the goalkeeper but Josh Rees equalised just before half time.
Simeon Akinola restored the Bees’ lead early in the second half with his 14th goal of the season and the win extended his side’s unbeaten run to seven league games.
Scott Loach preserved the lead late on with a good save to deny Ben Williamson.
It was a third straight defeat for Bromley, who have now lost five of their last seven matches in the National League.
