Inter Milan chief Piero Ausilio says a bid is in for Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen.
Sky Italia says the Serie A side have submitted a bid of £11million plus add-ons in the hope of signing the Dane this month, rather than waiting until the summer, when he would be available as a free agent.
"We just made an official bid to Tottenham to sign Christian Eriksen and now we're waiting," Ausilio said.
"Many clubs are interested but we are confident - trying to get a top player like Eriksen."
Antonio Conte is keen to strengthen his squad as they compete with Juventus for the Scudetto, and has already brought in Ashley Young from Manchester United, with Chelsea pair Victor Moses and Olivier Giroud also possible arrivals.
