Peterborough could hand a debut to midfielder Jack Taylor during the Sky Bet League One clash with Gillingham.
Republic of Ireland Under-21 international Taylor joined from Barnet on Tuesday for an initial fee of £500,000.
Posh welcome back Frazer Blake-Tracy to the squad following injury but Josh Knight (muscle) and Nathan Thompson (thigh) are still sidelined.
Forward Siriki Dembele remains unavailable as he is in the middle of a three-match suspension.
Gillingham could include new signing Jordan Roberts in their squad at London Road.
Roberts has joined the Gills on loan until the end of the season from League One rivals Ipswich.
Forward Mikael Ndjoli left Priestfield this week after being recalled by parent club Bournemouth.
Striker Mikael Mandron could return to the squad after missing the FA Cup defeat to West Ham due to personal reasons but midfielder Mark Byrne continues his recovery from a knee injury.
